  • We will meet with you to learn more about you or your organisation, your requirements and your vision
  • We will draw up a detailed specification outlining all the functionality of the proposed website, including the site structure and any special coding requirements

• Proposal
• We will submit a detailed proposal including a timescale and pricing
  

• Design and Protoytpe
  
• We will prepare an initial design template and continue to refine it, or present alternatives until you feel happy with it
• You will be able to follow the design process through an online test site to which you will have 24/7 access
  
  
• Design Review
• Signing off of Design Stage
  
  
• Development and Content Creation
• We will work on the design and implementation of the remainder of the website pages
• We will provide simultaneous support and training to you and/or a member of your staff in preparing and uploading the content.
• If you would like us to do this for you, we can do this by arrangement - we do however recommend that you use this stage to acquaint yourselves with the admin and contact management system
• Once the content has been inserted, there is a period (usually a week or two) for testing and final adjustments

The vast majority of our clients want to maintain and edit their own web pages - so we provide you with an easy to use online content management system that allows you to edit, alter and update all the pages on your website.

We have put a lot of effort into making the CMS simple and straightforward to use - if you can use a word processor, you will have no difficulty with our CMS. This makes staff training, where required, cost effective and time efficient.

The system provides amongst other things:

• Easy uploading of images, documents, multimedia files etc. to the server for use/insertion into your website pages
• A Word Processor type interface for creating and editing display pages - ie: pages that are primarily text and images
• A user friendly form interface for creating and editing records which are part of your website database - eg: Members info, News and Events etc.
• A backup button which will zip and backup your whole site in a couple of clicks
• An email facility enabling you to send personalised emails to your members or clients, with or without attachments.
• An activity log which details visitor data within a date defined period
  

We can manage all of the tedious and often complex bits for you:

• We can acquire and manage your domain names for you
• We can host your website on our own server, currently with Zen Internet (regularly voted best UK ISP)
• We provide ongoing support - via our online support page, email and telephone
• We will optimise your website for improved search engine rankings and advise you on how to keep your ranking high
